01. Whatís that processing for designing my site?

We like to make the design process as smooth as possible for you.

After assessing your target marketing, competition and company image our design team sit down to brainstorm your initial concept ideas.

We then create your home page and send across for approval. You can make as many changes as you would like to the design in order to get a design that will really work for your business.

Once youíre completely happy with the look and feel of your site we then design the additional pages required, such as your individual product page and any static pages you might have on your store. Once youíre happy with all the designs we then start the programming of your website. At the end we go through the exact same process and pass across the finished website for your comments and amends.

These steps enable us to speed up the design process by doing all the changes in two sessions, allowing you to have your finished website up and running as soon as possible to start bringing in those sales.

02. How long does it take to get my site up and running?

Due to our streamlined design process we can have you online in a matter of weeks. We always recommend planning 4 to 8 weeks as an eCommerce website does involves quite bit of programming. However the quicker you get back to us with amends/approval of your design the sooner we can have you online.

03. Why do I only have to pay 50% up front?

We only ask for 50% before work begins as we understand what business cash flows can be like, and we like you to be able to spread the cost over a few months. The 50% deposit simply secures the work for you.

04. Which Package would best suit my business needs?

05. How many products & categories can I have on my website?

Itís entirely up to you, our eCommerce packages allow you to add and remove as many products and categories as you like allowing the website to grow with your business. 

06. I already have a website can I re-use my domain?

Of course you can use it. Provide us with your domain information and we will transfer or point your domain name to your new White Room Creations website.

07. What about my current hosting account, can I keep that too?

Unfortunately not but donít worry we give you your first years hosting for FREE to help you get started. Simply contact your old company and they should refund you for the time you are not using. After your first years free hosting expires itís just £60 per year for our basic account which suits most clients.

If you still canít find an answer then you can call us at anytime or submit a support ticket which will get answered by the technical team as soon as possible (ideal for those late night working sessions!).
